- For Direct Bookings (via Website or Phone):
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date will be non-refundable.
- For Group or Event Bookings:
- Cancellations must be made 15 days or more in advance to qualify for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable.
- For OTA Bookings (via Online Travel Agencies):
- Cancellations and refunds for bookings made through OTAs are subject to the respective platform’s policies.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
